Returns
What is Urban Thread' return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?

Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How are refunds processed?
